  2. Tap the 3 bars in the top right, then tap Your activity.
  3. Tap Your activity, then tap Time spent.
  4. Tap Set daily time limit.
  5. Choose an amount of time and tap Done.

Also, how to set up a grayscale shortcut:

Step 1: Set up Grayscale.

  1. Open your iPhone’s Settings > Accessibility
  2. Select Display & Text Size
  3. Scroll and select Color Filters
  4. Toggle Color Filter On and then check Grayscale

Step 2: Create the Grayscale shortcut

  1. Go to iOS Settings > Accessibility
  2. Scroll down to Accessibility Shortcut > select to check Color Filter
  3. Once configured, triple-click the side button to turn the Grayscale filter on and off.
