Really insightful topics
Lou has such a calm demeanour and draws really interesting insights into topics that make us question our place in the world and the impact that we’re able to have. She invites guests onto her show who have fascinating stories to tell.
Brilliant and so informative, topical and hopeful
Lou has created something special with her podcast and I am so glad I have come across it. Her guests are fascinating. The vibe is always hopeful. The stories shared are both relatable and inspirational. Each time I listen I am left with a sense of hope, that we can turn this climate era around and get into long term habits that put the health of our environment first. It’s a step by step process. It’s an every day thing. This podcast makes me feel that what I would have assumed to be lofty goals at one point is all reachable. Lou is brilliant at what she does. A true advocate and masterful at holding and facilitating poignant and inspirational discourse.
