Aligning Business Integrity with Personal Values with Keri Jarvis

I've talked a lot about values  and brand values on this podcast. And recently I've had some situations in my business where my values have been put to the test, leading me to make decisions that others might disagree with.
And so, when I asked who would be the best person to talk to me about this, everyone told me to talk to Keri Jarvis. Keri is a developmental coach, intersectional feminist, charity co-founder and community activist and through her work she's helped lots of people to imagine a world where they can run their business with integrity.
This was such a rich conversation and, for me personally, it was a really helpful one to have.

Great insights and lovely vibe!

I recently discovered Liz's podcast, and love her style! The vibe is very relaxed and feels like listening to a chat between pals...but a chat that actually teaches you something. Loving the variety of topics covered, and look forward to listening to more!

Building your Brand/ How to avoid burnout

I enjoy listening to Liz’s podcasts, the variety, the mixture of creativity and business acumen makes for great content. I took a lot of value from the podcast on burnout, it wasn’t glamorous or melodramatic - just real. Apart from the health implications of stressful businesses and self promotion, I liked the idea of private spaces to experiment, explore and make stuff that doesn’t have to be Instagrammable or profitable. We need space to express ourselves without pleasing an audience or being deflected by un-requested feedback. Well worth a listen.

Such a great show!

I’ve followed Liz on Instagram for quite a while, but I’ve only recently been listening to this podcast. It is so full of great guests and it’s really relatable and actionable, I feel like I’ve found it at the perfect time for my business. If you are a small business looking for inspiring conversations with creative people and those who can help you grow, then this is perfect for you!
