Day Sixteen Homework:

  1. Choose 3 tasks you have been putting off
  2. Come up with FUNCTIONAL benefits of taking action on each of them
  3. Reflect how that makes the task simpler e.g. only need to clean shower shelves rather than a deep scrub of everything
  4. Take one small action toward each task OR 3 small actions on one. Repeat this step tomorrow.
