Day Sixteen Homework:
- Choose 3 tasks you have been putting off
- Come up with FUNCTIONAL benefits of taking action on each of them
- Reflect how that makes the task simpler e.g. only need to clean shower shelves rather than a deep scrub of everything
- Take one small action toward each task OR 3 small actions on one. Repeat this step tomorrow.
