I started the Driven Young Podcast as a way to help educate and inspire the younger generation. There are plenty of amazing podcasts out there but I find very few tailors their content to those in high-school and uni. Even the ones that claim they do seem to go off track and fail to keep their message clear and simple for the younger generation to understand.I believe our world is changing so fast, the current education system can’t keep up and is left teaching us old and outdated skills no longer relevant in the workplace. This podcasts explores what I believe should have been taught in school and aims to help people realise the world is different from when their parents grew up and we must make relevant decisions based on the world we live in currently not the world people used to live in.

    121. Coming out as Non-Binary and Becoming a Musician

    121. Coming out as Non-Binary and Becoming a Musician

Justin Martins – JMQ – multi-instrumentalist has a background in the Australian indie scene. Justin has toured internationally as “Our Man in Berlin” who also received heavy TripleJ rotation and support.
I met Justin through my best friend Pace and they're such an amazing person. But today on the podcast, whilst we do discuss their music career and journey we also discuss how Justin recently came out as non-binary.
Non binary is something I have wanted to explore for a while on this podcast and Justin is the perfect person to do it with in my opinion. They are very open, shared their entire experience and gave me a much deeper understanding and insight into how they felt and identify.
I really enjoyed this episode we also talked a lot about masculinity and what being a man is.

Amazingly inspiring

This podcast is imaculate. It teaches you so many things about life that you are supposed to learn in school but you never do. It is basically a life guide, that brings you immense value, I couldn't recommend it anymore, just check it out you won't regret it. I listen to every single episode of driven young, it is honestly life changing. Thank you, Bryon, this has created such a difference in my life, it is unbelievable.

An Inspiring and Empowering Podcast!

I listen to every episode of Driven Young and it has already taught me far more valuable lessons than those I learned at school.
The messages Byron sends out with each weekly episode are what Gen Zs NEED to be hearing, and I can’t praise the guy enough.
Keep doing what you’re doing Byron, you are making a far greater difference than you will ever know.
