Riffat has spent the past few years setting up a function dedicated to optimising digital employee experience, comprising of; continuous improvement, programmes and projects, security and support, digital learning, people analytics and an award-winning digital experience team, which Andrew has been leading within the function.

    Focus for both Riffat and Andrew has recently shifted toward the development of Bupa’s ‘future of work technologies’ with a specific focus placed on the potential applications of Automation and Generative AI, with a view to taking Bupa’s employee experience to the next level.

Throughout her time at Moneypenny, Claire was a brand ambassador for them, sharing with other businesses how you create a brilliant workplace culture. In 2020, Claire moved into Financial Services working with Mortgage Advice Bureau and had the opportunity to lead the business through a journey to redefine their mission, vision and values as their People & Culture Director. In 2022 MAB won the coveted recognition as overall winner of the Business Culture Awards.

    Yosi is the author of Spiritually Intelligent Leadership: How to Inspire by Being Inspired. Holding an MBA from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Sofia University, Dr. Amram is committed to enabling individuals to unlock their potential through spiritual intelligence, which grows out of a profound connection to the core of one’s existence – their spirit, where inspiration and their deepest interconnectedness reside – that enriches their overall functioning, improves their effectiveness as leaders, and enhances their wellbeing as humans.

    This is the second Engage for Success national survey, established to examine the current state of employee engagement in the UK. We will be discussing the EFS Employee Engagement Index and the 2023 UK engagement benchmark.

    Listen as we reflect on variations in engagement levels according to organisational size, sector, and the level of action (or inaction) in organisational practice.

    We will be discussing the relationship between engagement and wellbeing, hybrid working, and the positive impact of employee engagement champions.

    Dr Sarah Pass is a senior lecturer undertaking research related to employee experience and engagement and teaching at a postgraduate and executive level. Sarah is a member of the Engage for Success Advisory Board, sits on the steering group, chairs the East Midlands Area Network, the Line Managers TAG, the Engagement Champion TAG, and co-project lead for the EFS annual survey.

    In 2023, Sarah was ranked by HR Magazine as an Influential Thinker in HR. She is a Fellow of the RSA, an Academic Associate of the CIPD, and a member of the British Academy of Management.

    James Court-Smith leads Stillae Ltd – helping companies make sense of the data they collect, and put it to profitable use, across multiple industries in Europe.

    He chairs the Engage for Success Steering Group and is a member of the Advisory Board. James is the co-project lead for the EFS annual survey and is a Visting Fellow at Nottingham Business School.

In the interests of transparency, just letting you know that this is Jo Dodds, one of the hosts! I'm not reviewing me but I can say that Jo Moffatt makes a great host, suimmarising the key points that come up in the interviews so well. And our guests have some great insights to share, whether as practitioners in the thick of engagement within their organisations or consultants and academics sharing their expertise.
