Really informative podcast

I attended a mini first aid class a few years ago and have always found their email newsletter really informative and helpful, this is another great addition to their offering. Kate is a great presenter and asks all the questions I, as a parent of twins, would like to ask. I particularly enjoyed the one with Claire Sparrow on pelvic health and the one on food intolerances…very relevant, very informative and fun to listen to. Highly recommend!

A great addition to an already helpful class

I attended the Mini first aid class a few years ago and found it really beneficial, especially being very health conscious and anxious with my little one. The podcast is a great bonus - revisiting topics I haven’t in a while, with experts to explain it in layman’s terms.

Super informative and reassuring

Kate is a great host, the topic can feel a bit scary but hearing from the experts really reassured me as a parent and gave me a confidence boost, and a better understanding of health issues that might affect my family. Loved it! Would recommend for all parents and extended families.
