Our guest, Cristina became a first-time mother at 40 – to premature twins. Even with her doctorate in psychology, she wasn’t prepared for the conflicting emotions and mental challenges she faced, not just during pregnancy but after she took her babies home, too. The lack of support she received inspired her to focus on helping other parents through the same experience.
