Learn from history's greatest entrepreneurs. Every week I read a biography of an entrepreneur and find ideas you can use in your work. This quote explains why: "There are thousands of years of history in which lots and lots of very smart people worked very hard and ran all types of experiments on how to create new businesses, invent new technology, new ways to manage etc. They ran these experiments throughout their entire lives. At some point, somebody put these lessons down in a book. For very little money and a few hours of time, you can learn from someone’s accumulated experience. There is so much more to learn from the past than we often realize. You could productively spend your time reading experiences of great people who have come before and you learn every time." —Marc Andreessen

Customer Reviews
With thanks
Thanks to David for this fantastic podcast. As a fellow Charlie Munger admirer, I am gaining access to the minds of the greats before me through these podcasts. Having limited time myself to review their biographies/autobiographies, this podcast produces real value for the listener.
Life Changing
Since listening to David’s podcast on many of my favourite figures within history, be it business leaders, tycoons, generals and genius’s alike I have found a new found appreciation and lust for the insight and wisdom of such individuals of the past, David’s notes, his description of such individuals including their personalities, their wins and their losses alike, what they taught, their maxims, condensed. I cannot recommend this to anyone, for this has been life altering. Thanks for doing what you do David.
Worlds best podcast
I cannot articulate how incredible this podcast is. I’m not exaggerating when I say it has changed my life. This should be required listening for everyone. David speaks with such passion and conviction, you can’t help but be enthralled. I believe it will eventually be the number 1 podcast in the word.
