Great content.

I love listening to your cast while I do my indoor training rides on Rouvey. I especially enjoyed your latest with Cav, I have grown up watching both your careers with pride. Your careers started when my racing ended ( not that I was anywhere near professional standard, but suffered all the same racing the Kent and Surrey leagues) Thank you for sharing your experiences and views from inside the pro ranks.
Made my birthday!

Brilliant birthday surprise to wake up to, thank you guys! Loved Pogi’s comment about fearing G ten years ago. This chat really showed the friendships between all you guys in the peloton and respect you have for each other. Cannot wait to watch the Tour this year. So many big champions, it will be a fight to even be in the top ten, let alone win it! Chapeau to everyone racing in this era 🎩
Good pod but….

Three and a half minutes of adverts before the pod starts, bores everyone , then personal advertising the Rudy trial
18 inches of fun
21/05/2024
G and Luke are not only top athletes but top podders as well. Their crack about Valentin Paret-Peintre’s waist size (16 May, 33:08 - check it out) made me snort my morning coffee. Great insights from the sharp end of the sport, all delivered with their characteristic dry-as-dust wry Welsh humour. Feels like something they’re doing because they genuinely want to share their own honest thoughts and insights with the public, rather than a begrudging contractual commitment throwing out a few bland cliches overseen by a team media officer. Always worth a listen.

Love this pod. As a Welsh piss head joker myself and listening to you jokers talking, it’s easy to forget that you are top level elite sportsman talking about elite level sport. Which is the magic. Huge respect. Da iawn bois. Cadwch e lan.
Pink Pogi Panther fun
10/05/2024
Luke had me in stitches more than usual rating Pogi's pink or not so pink garments and how brave the choices may become in the rain 🫢. Always brilliant race analysis, insider snippets and very human emotions on the ups and downs of this greatest of sports.

The yellow jersey of cycling pods. Very excited for Watts Occurring to come back as well
PC Stephens 👏
31/01/2024
This podcast just keeps getting better, off season or not. And of all the guests so far, Matt Stephens is the best. Being a retired police officer who got into cycling in 1991 whilst serving with the Bermuda Police, I loved his bits about the police (almost) as much as his (many) bits about cycling. I bought a Peugeot racing bike in Bermuda, first foray into cycling since school. Cycled round the island - 22 miles - and on the incline back into barracks, discovered the disadvantages of toes clips combined with being in too high a gear. Easy to guess the rest. I sold the bike to one of the guys when I left the island, just as I had bought the bike from one of the guys when he left the island. The shorts and shoes were passed on……….😑 Keep up the splendid work guys. And Tom, ignore the haters. If they could do a better job they still wouldn’t……chapeau 🫡
A step down from Watts Occurring
24/01/2024
Used to really enjoy G and Luke’s, Watts Occurring podcast; whilst it was sporadic in output, the friendship between the guys was evident and this made for some natural discussions, leading to good insight and humour. I find this show lacks those qualities, it’s clearly well planned and Tom steers it along that plan, but in doing that it loses its natural feel and has become much less entertaining. A real shame.
Get rid of Tom Fordyce
19/01/2024
Geraint and Luke are brilliant but Tom adds very little and he has an annoying patronising voice - please get rid of him.
