Get out wrap! Should be Get into wrap

If I was still an agent working in the contact centre this would be the perfect reason to get into wrap (although I know my manager from years ago may not have been happy) 😂

I came late to the podcast only finding it a while ago, I started at episode 1 and am now up to date, what I can say is that every episode adds value, is great and really makes you think!!

Martin is a great podcast host and the guest are brilliant with loads knowledge to share!!

If you don’t work in a contact centre don’t worry there is still plenty on every episode to help any business leader and like me if you still work in contact centre then I can guarantee you’ll love this podcast!! Thank you Martin and guests!!

Martin’s show is simply the best place for anyone looking to grow in their contact centre role to start.
