    Today's bonus episode is all about the surprising way that you can connect deeply with your soul clients.

    But first, let me mention some things I always felt were something to be proud of, but were actually quite the opposite!

    I've always been a bit of a catastrophe identifier, immediately homing in on the potential pitfalls and talking myself out of things. When I went through my journey with IVF and then surrogacy I catastrophised about everything!

    Whilst it's normal to worry a little, I took it to a whole new level. It felt like it was my superpower, spotting problems before they occurred. And I was proud of it! 

    But whilst I was busy spotting problems, I was removing myself from the opportunity to feel high vibe. I'd trained myself to focus on the negatives and it was holding me back from taking risks and growing my business!

    And speaking of being busy, this was another thing I used to pride myself on - "I'm SO busy" was my stock answer to every question! I thought the fact I was working so hard meant I was successful. But that level of working hard just doesn't serve you...as I found, it leads to burnout.

    Ease, trust and certainty serve you best. 

    And when you're doing what you enjoy it feels less like work and much more like pleasure!

    It's vitally important to realize that your soul clients are out there believing the opposite of what you know to be true, and your messaging is the difference between magnetizing them or them scrolling on.

    That is thought reversal.

    Some of their current beliefs just aren't serving them and it's your role as a coach to magnetize them with your messaging and share how you can help get them unstuck.

    Ever wondered how you can make your business work when you only have a tiny audience online?

    I have.

    When I first started my business I was desperate to build my audience on social media. I threw myself headfirst into training focused on growing my followers, thinking that I could only achieve success if I had thousands of them.

    But guess what…it doesn’t hinge on that!

    This week’s guest is a PRO when it comes to this subject. Ina Coveney is a business coach and host of The Global Phenomenon Podcast. She helps up-and-coming online coaches monetize their tiny audience through organic lead generation strategies before they invest time and money in audience growth. 

    Ina reached 6-figures in her business before ever cracking 1,000 followers on any of her platforms, and her mission is to help coaches do the same.

    When we think about engagement it comes down to likes, shares and follows. 

    In reality, these may be feeding the algorithm, but it’s the real engagement that counts – the stuff you can control. 

    Conversing in comments. 

    Jumping into the DMs with true, organic conversation that isn’t just focused around selling – that’s where you get the opportunity to get to know your followers better.

    And don’t forget that offers matter! It needs to be clear to your audience what you can do for them, and they need to see you are delivering on your promises.

A really insightful interview with Ina which has got me actually excited!!!! I’ve been feeling like a very functional social media manager recently but this has helped me see how much I can get from my small but perfectly formed audience!

‘The power of authentic visibility’
This was a great episode from Jo about allowing yourself to be real on social media platforms. I love this podcast as Jo is able to get her message across clearly and concisely. She shares stories of her own experiences which makes her very relatable. This episode made me realise that the way I portray myself is about being true to myself and also that I need to accept and love myself. I know as a recently qualified well-being coach that I do have the talent and skills to help people and that I shouldn’t hide my own gifts or be embarrassed about saying it. This episode was very empowering for me in terms of allowing myself to accept that I am not only ‘good enough’ but ‘good’ at what I do and I need to be proud of this and allow my true self to show on social media. As Jo said “by not hiding who you are, you will attract the people who need you the most”. Off to book my own photo shoot now, Thanks Jo!
