Five Star

Just listened to Lt Col Susie Hines whilst cleaning the family cars, my Saturday chores - Be Kind, asked the question How are YOU feeling today…. Great episode Jeremy

Clive Cook ,

Hit and miss

Loved the Kipp Popert podcast, great awareness for someone so young. I have to be honest and say I found David Marquet’s a bit cringy . The intro to it , talks about humility . Firstly we have Jeremy asking for a 5 star review and then David telling us all how great he is. Ironic as having read his book , it’s all about empowering his staff to make their own decisions as part of their development , ie you have the control. Yet here we are being told what to do and being advised , as opposed to us making decision for ourselves. As a result didn’t listen to the full podcast, which was disappointing after reading the book !
