I love listening to Clair’s podcasts particularly when I am walking. I always find I can relate them to me and they are really helping me on my weight loss journey. I have been listening g to them for over a year now and have nearly lost 2 stone 😀

Hi Clair, Just want to say a massive Thankyou to you for your podcast. You talk so much sense and I have been listening now for a few months and this has helped me immensely! I have lost a stone and hope to lose another before my daughters wedding in July. I have gradually changed my mindset regards food and have gained one or two pounds over Christmas but feel able to cope with that and carry on. Happy New Year to you and yours. Many thanks Clare x
