Wow!

Just discovered Clair and Lose Weight Live Life podcast. On No.5 and already taking notes and addicted. It feels like, FINALLY, someone has tapped into my issues with food and weight. I want to learn more and can’t wait. Will learn more and hope to join up soon.

A breath of fresh air!

What a breath of fresh air! Subconsciously I’ve known for years that the weight loss battle will only be won in the mind and Clair has taken this theory and run with it.
Clair’s ideas have really resonated with me and I actually feel ‘in control’ for the first time in a long time. Do not hesitate to give these pod casts a go because they could be the first step towards a transformed life.
