Authentic Leadership without a concept of authenticity!

Authentic Leadership without a concept of authenticity. Dr Rebecca Newton lecture was typical of the cliched business school lectures and speak. Sure it has some value, but it fails to define the very word she uses time and time again.

This is not Rebecca’s fault but of the fools that believe some consultancy will fix a multitude and lifetime of fault.

My concern is that young minds are being hoodwinked into believing that “being your best”, “truth” and “authentic” will transform them into leaders.

Great content, awful audio

The LSE routinely hosts the leading intellectuals of our time. Unfortunately, listening to their recorded lectures is often unbearably painful due to the poor audio quality.
