Inspirational stories about important topics!

I’ve found these podcasts very interesting as they cover a wide range of life challenges that impact on mental health. It’s so important that we talk about challenging situations openly and discuss support systems that can be put in place so that nobody feels they have to struggle alone!

Insightful, honest conversation with CEOs, founders and more

💡An insightful podcast featuring guest speakers from a range of start-ups and more established companies, giving a sneak peak behind the scenes.

As well as giving practical advice for those wanting to develop a more supportive workplace culture, it sees CEOs, People Leads and others share their experiences of mental health.

Overall, its aim seems to be breaking down stigma and encouraging others to create more empathetic working environments, whether that’s in the office or WFH.

Open and honest discussion with wellbeing at its heart. 💙
