Merch Minds Podcast - Episode 158: Dean and Courtney Jayroe from TeeDuel
Dean and Courtney Jayroe return and talk about their own printing business. They were initially on the show back in 2018 on episode 108. A lot has changed for them since they were originally on the show.
They have scaled their business and purchased a second DTG printer. They also have employees now, so they could focus more on running their business instead of printing shirts. If you would like to contact them, their website is listed below.

Great info & fun
Love, love, love this cool podcast with lots of great info and good stories told. These guys certainly know what they’re talking about when it comes to Merch by Amazon.
THE Merch Podcast
If you are currently in the Merch by Amazon programme or want to know more about it then this Podcast is for you. The hosts offer open and honest information about what they do and frequently share figures. They cover a range of related topics and helpful information for those just starting and those more seasoned. The only thing I need now is to be able to get anywhere close to their sales figures. Something to aspire to for those just starting out. Thanks guys and please keep up the good work.
Wonderful Podcast so far..
There is not much content on the topic of Merch and I stumbled across Merch Minds Podcast at the perfect time. It already answered a massive amount of questions that I needed answered so far. I am looking forward to more content from Glen and Yong. Some suggestions that I think would complement the show, would be to set up a linear set of episodes such as:
- How to apply and get approved
- Amazon TOS (Update this episode frequently to each new change)
- Criteria and how to research winning designs
- How to design or how to hire a designer
- How to get through the tier's
- How to automate the process to scale
- etc
Hope this helps, This way, people will have a start guide to get going. Then the rest of the tips and tricks would supplement the core episodes. Regards, Phil From Manchester UK (sold 2 t-shirts so far within 2 weeks)
