This show has been a HUGE help to me the past few months. Kelly’s gentle soft tones are instantly calming and the themes she covers magically tackle the problems that arise in my life.
I’ve used more expensive meditation apps in the past, but for now, Im sticking with MIM as my main guided meditation practice aid.
