Momentum Men Podcast

Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50. But no one is talking about it. After a series of dramatic and life-changing events, I was on my knees, tired and exhausted. I had no idea which way to turn, or how to ask for help. I wanted to calm the storm in my head, to find peace. Tragically like so many men, I thought taking my life was the answer. Whatever stopped me that day, I am truly thankful for. I’m one of the lucky ones. Now my mission is to change what is perceived as weakness, into inspiration and strength. To create a place to breathe, that’s informative and safe. A place where men can realise they are not alone. Together with your kindness, knowledge and influence, we can help turn the tide and create a ‘hive of hope’. A huge thank you on behalf of myself and our listeners.
