Property & Mortgage Podcast, “The Mortgage Show” is back for a "lockdown" edition with another informative and entertaining discussion on the mortgage and lending market.
This time Andrew “Monty” Montlake is joined by the Group Sales Director of One Savings Bank, Adrian Moloney, and Accord’s Director of Intermediary Distribution, Jeremy Duncombe.
We look at how our guests and the lenders they work for have been dealing with the lockdown and, in the midst of Mental Health Awareness week, how they are keeping their own team's spirits up, "Draw your manager" anyone?
We discuss the changes to lenders processes that have come out of this period, the adoption of certain technology, and the new criteria that are having to be adapted in the current situation.
We also look at the challenges around "Payment Holidays", mortgage valuations, communication, how the buy to let market looks now and how the rest of the year looks from a lending point of view.
