Helped me so much!

I’ve been listening to this podcast for two years starting after a period of work burnout and panic. I’ve learned so much, but more than that it’s just enjoyable and relatable. It always makes me feel better. Thanks guys!

Brilliant

I love these two. Kelli and Erica are both reassuring and informative. Anxiety is a frightening and confusing thing at times. However over the years their podcasts have definately helped. Plus Erica is hilarious so xx
