Ep 231. An Oldie But a Goodie: The Scarcity Trap

In this episode Kelli and Erica talk about how focusing on what we're lacking in life, whether that's "things" like money or internal needs like love, security, confidence, or peace (needs anxiety often robs us of), can cause us to make impulsive decisions and choices that further perpetuate this feeling of scarcity.
