New listener catching up 💪🏻

Martin, Martin, Martin…. Not sure how I’ve only just found you! I’ve been weight training and struggling with my weight and nutrition for years and years. I can do the training side consistently but food is just so difficult to control. I’m naturally large so keeping the fat off really is a challenge. Your podcasts are informative and entertaining and I’m gradually changing my ways and learning new habits. I’ve started listening from the start, currently at EP44. Keep up the amazing work man, hopefully get to meet you one day 💪🏻👌🏻
