Just found this podcast and Emma; so pleased I did. Having followed every diet going, I found myself confused and upset with where I was heading. Emma is clear, honest and puts her message across in a simple, clear and non-judgemental way. Great tips and a really engaging podcast. Just brilliant.

Advice on life as well as fitness

I take so much from ESG’s podcasts, not just around health and fitness which is what I came for. So many thoughts and ideas around mindset I’ve been able to take into my work life and personal life. She explains things so well. Hard recommend!
