Where it all began…..

I first discovered Chloe’s Bodcast in early 2019 and was so inspired I really upped my training. Fast forward to now, I’ve been one of her EC method clients for over 18 months and in the 30 years I have had some form of exercise in my life , I have never been so well informed by someone. Her knowledge, experience, humour and allowing herself to show her own vulnerabilities may Chloe magnetic. If you want to learn o matter how much you thin you know then listen to this.
