Good podcast, but annoying ads
The info in these podcasts is really interesting and useful to know. However the sponsor ads are really irritating - they take up about a quarter of the show and are completley irrelevent to the content - bed manufacturers for example. If they were actually related to food/health/supplements in some way it would be much less annoying. Keep up the good work but please do something about those ads.
Well researched and informative
Each episode relays so much information in a short period of time. I’ve learnt so much from this show! And not fads and “health coach” ideas, but scientifically-backed facts.
Fake news. Sad!
Stupid, wrong and dangerous. Avoid!
