A Must Listen - Love and Compassion Pod

I’ve been struggling for awhile and came across this podcast through an app called Brain Buddy.

Sara has a unique ability to put things in layman terms that makes you feel accepted.
There is no shaming or must do actions like so many podcasts of this type.

Simply information that is channeled through love and compassion that resonates with myself and many other.

This has helped me and my partner in many areas of our lives and wish soon to be able to join the program.

This podcast is a great first step in changing your mindset and learning to let love and compassion back into your life.
