jaxvarese ,

Please don’t trot out generalisations re snoring & sleep apnea!

Hey-great podcast with Dr M who I both like a lot & respect.Felt frankly hurt tho re your opening comments re snoring & gender stereotypes. It took courage to see my gp re both issues & the need is massive but people don’t address either sadly re feeling embarrassed etc.Been taken aback by so called intelligent people’s ignorance.Going to report my local hospital’s sleep team re being unprofessional re an inaccurate & lopsided phrased letter since I was unable to continue with my sleep apnea unit. They were totally obtuse re my menopause & mental health & no support that I can’t use the sleep apnea unit @ my partner’s home.

critical swan ,

I won’t be listening again!

So many misjudged, insensitive comments. Particularly about not knowing where Birmingham is! Come on! You come across as privileged, middle class and frankly ignorant.

Mother Cuppa ,

Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE this podcast. Trish & Loraine feel like friends in you ear. You are not alone on your journey through midlife. The two of them really make me giggle as a pair they have a fantastic chemistry and connection with makes for very easy listening. They have some super guests that are very relatable and provide some super tips for navigating this stage of life. The FB group to support the podcast is full of really supportive and kind women and a great place to go to and ask any questions in a safe space. I also attended their event linked to the show and it’s the one of the best events I’ve been to in terms of the people they had chatting and the atmosphere. Good luck ladies, I think you’re fab!
Much love
