Found Simon having completed Zoe nutritional recommendations. Am post meno female with very high insulin resistance and dna predisposition for type 2 diabetes. The detail in this episode completely aligns with my personal experience. Have completely reversed my fatty liver through high fibre plant based diet and mixed exercise, resistance training, high intensity and moderate. All blood markers now in normal range and feel fitter than in my 30s. If only we’d had all this amazing knowledge back then 🤷😆
Great Show backed up by evidence

Being a physiotherapist myself and struggling with a disability, I see myself drawn to the importance of science-backed nutrition in optimising my quality of life. I accidentally stumbled upon Simon and first of all I applaud his efforts in breaking down nuances in nutrition health and wellbeing and moreover I truly appreciate his advice to the general public to always go to the experts in the respective fields than to amateurs using evidence to their ideology ( 9/10 times quite irrational). I love that Simon sticks within his area of expertise and acknowledges professional and knowledge boundaries. I love listening to the podcasts and Simon’s way of extracting the best from the experts hosted on this show. Best wishes and thank you Simon- A great fan from the UK👍

By far my favourite podcast. I’ve learnt so much & i am forever repeating the knowledge I’ve learnt, many people think I’m a nutritionist & I may even consider a career change as health is often misunderstood. So many expert guests & Simons on the ball with his questions, often rephrasing them, so we can understand them better. It’s also all inclusive with many topics on female health, different dietary lifestyles & scientific studies.

The episodes with Alyssa Olenick were excellent. I seen Alyssa live in the UK in 2023 and her level of detail and analysis which was then delivered in a really easy to understand way was fantastic. This podcast was great in demonstrating key evidenced based approaches and information from a compassionate and supportive doc and great to see such a level of research involving women. 🤩
