Thanks peter - keep it up

My best compliment to this podcast is that peter doesn’t dumb it down to appeal to a mass market audience. Although this makes the conversations between him and his esteemed guests difficult to follow along - it encourages me to do more research and learn the principles for myself.

Good lifestyle / health podcast

This is an excellent podcast for people with a medical / biology education interested in healthy aging and living. I’ve learned a lot from Peter (I’m an endurance athlete, cardiologist and academic) and whilst I don’t buy everything he or his guests say it has triggered a lot of reading of the scientific literature and it mostly adds up.

I only found the podcast recently and was going to contribute to the group financing but I’m just having a few second thoughts following the last few episodes. Up until then it was a solid five stars. I was tempted to drop to a four star rating after the last few podcasts that have moved off the hardcore physiology / medicine and into the more wishy-washy self-improvement and self-help space. Other people already do this really, really well (Jordon Harbinger for example) and Peter’s strength is his medical background. I hope he sticks to it or I’ll be tuning out.
