Stompcast
I’ve started to listen to the weekly podcast on my walks. I’ve been in a dark place due to chronic illnesses and mental health. The weekly podcasts have really helped and given me tips on how to feel better. Dr Alex George is a genuine nice guy who also asks the right questions and the information given really helps. I look forward to going for a walk now whilst listening to the podcast.

Stompcast
I have been with the Stompcast from almost the beginning and I love it. For someone like me who suffers with my mental health the topics and the guests are invaluable. Dr Alex always asks the right questions and is such a kind and reachable guy I feel like we are all friends. Looking forward to 2024 and what stompcast will bring. All I can say is subscribe you will not regret it .. it also makes a kind present for someone who suffers with their mental health for any occasion, £3.99 is money very well spent. Thank you Alex and team and merry Christmas to you all :)
