Episode 84: Spiritual intervention, surrender to source, soul & asking to help before the big Eclipse

As we enter the Easter gateway & huge Eclipse remember the opportunity for re-birth.
As I took a walk today I was guided to share a spiritual intervention which occurred in 2016 over the Easter weekend in Glastonbury. A battle of darkness & Ascended masters. My life dramatically changed the following 12 months.
This is a time to choose & claim your path. Many aren't connected to their own soul light & do not connect to source light. Yet the triad of source, soul & you (this now time 3 aspect) is the core foundation stone for your alignment & ascension.
Ask for the spiritual intervention & expect the miracles.

Grab a pen and paper and get curious.
You can barely scroll for a few minutes without intaking information about trauma, or some kind of emotionally charged message through both the light/image, the sound and the energy behind the message.
Covid has meant an even heavier reliance on tech. People are now suffering from social media addictions being treated in the same way those with more well known struggles such as gambling.
I explore the impact on interoception- the brain/body connection.
Which leads to what I have seen as a huge increase in nervous system dis-regulation.
We are living in a new post pandemic time when more people have unresolved collective trauma surfacing. However, what is the compounding impact of the daily reliance and consumption of triggering material online? Could more people be becoming over stimulated and thus more likely to find themselves feeling triggered or disconnected from the body? What is the impact of this on them both thriving and manifesting the impact led lives they desire?
How can we consciously use social media and nurture our expanding sensory awareness? This is a key part of personal sovereignty and the deepening connection with mind, body, soul & energy system.
