Nothing new in this same old stuff we knew decades ago

No discussion of whether overuse of Pen VK really matters. (As resistance rates remain extremely low with streptococcus )
No discussion of the use of desktop Strep antigen tests and no discussion of desktop CRP testing.
No discussion of how nurse led care at UTCs is causing an increase in antibiotics use.
Typical RCGP I am afraid
