How have I only just discovered this gem?! The podcasts are a good mix of smaller chunks of help and then bigger discussions about things. And there’s so many different episodes that you can pick out the exact ones that are relevant to you and what you need. This is easily the best therapy and self help podcast I’ve ever found.
