Life changing
I started listening to the first episode and before listening the third I had ordered the book
Your approach is so complete, it’s body mind and soul indeed
The types of parents hit me in the core and I soon realised that it was a big part of my root trauma (I grew up on the thought I was unworthy and feeling stressed since I remember)
Thanks for your work and Jenna, and for treating the topics with honesty, easy examples and explaining how to do the work (that is pretty difficult)
Grief
Thank you for the brave and honest discussion around grief and loss love to you both
Episode 10
Excellent tools for self-healing. In this episode I would add that you are never alone because the Earth is an organism, and if you connect to what is good for the Earth/nature, you are doing something good for the connection to yourself.
