This is a brilliant Pod. It’s not got the boring banter from usual Sky output. These guys are proper old friends and extremely knowledgable. My new favourite cricket pod. Though the rating is for these two, not for Sky stealing cricket from the masses.

This is the most insightful and wonderful podcast with two of the best presenters in the cricket world.

Consistently insightful and funny! The Dean Headley interview was superb while being a little scary about the selection and development of our future test players! I fully accept some young players stand out irrespective of their county records (Gower, Botham, Atherton, Vaughan, Flintoff, Trescothick, Bell, Root, Brook as examples) but surely there’s still a place for the development of players in the 24+ age range? The likes of Gooch, Gatting, Butcher, Hussain, Stewart, Strauss, Swann, Hoggard, Woakes, Duckett have all benefitted from strong county cricket even after having had a taste of test cricket in some cases! Has the irrelevance of county cricket performances vs “gut feel” and, so called, “big match character” gone too far? With players basically discarded from test consideration by their early twenties!
