Fascinating and Helpful in so many ways

An avid YouTube fan of Astrum…I welcome the extra content in the form of these podcasts, it’s a great idea, as I always have that 30 minute wind down before falling asleep. I work shifts so a regular sleep pattern doesn’t exist for me! I often have to watch the videos a couple of times because do fall asleep, regardless of how exciting the content, and I don’t like missing anything…so I’ll probably be listening to these over and over too! Not only do I find them fascinating, and helpful in relaxing, I also suffer with tinnitus…which also doesn’t help the sleeping…and when listening to Alex’s voice, it blocks out the tinnitus and enables me to drift off! I’m also learning about a subject I’m interested in, but hadn’t really studied. So a big big thank you to you!
