Really enjoy listening to the podcasts. Each episode is real and it gives a true reflection on how tough athletics it is to make a real breakthrough.

The episodes certainly make my runs go faster and I enjoy putting the earphones in and listening to Stephens choice of topic for the day.
Keep them coming💪🏼

Cracking Podcast

Really honest and insightful! Being someone who is training for the London marathon I’d love to hear more details on some of your key sessions.
Question for your Friday q&a - do you do mini tapers for any races within your marathon training block?
