Best running podcast in the game

Been listening to IRP for about three years now, worked my way through them all from the start and can honestly say I’ve never heard an episode yet that wasn’t funny, enjoyable and informative.
The formula of 3 mates sitting about taking the mick out of each other and talking running is simple but made magic by the 3 differing styles and personalities of the hosts.
It’s the podcast i save for my Sunday long run and one of the highlights of my week.

Brilliant podcast

I have been listening to this podcast from around April 2019 on the recommendation of a runner at my club and it’s probably my favourite podcast. My favourite presenter is Brady followed by Moose and then Croker (no offence Brad) keep up the good work.

Bash Street Kids ,

IRP

Always a good listen, honest, funny and passionate about running. So much wisdom and experience to be gleaned from these three guys. Inspiring for all abilities. They go really detailed and technical into training talk but still accessible and useful to a bang average runner like me.

However, this podcast is at its best when Moose is getting passion filled & ranting about something or Crokes is stubbornly refusing to listen to the others or Brady is desperately trying to step out of their shadows, keep trying Brady!

I love running with these three Aussies, good on yer fellas.
