Stompcast
I’ve started to listen to the weekly podcast on my walks. I’ve been in a dark place due to chronic illnesses and mental health. The weekly podcasts have really helped and given me tips on how to feel better. Dr Alex George is a genuine nice guy who also asks the right questions and the information given really helps. I look forward to going for a walk now whilst listening to the podcast.
