Grateful for this podcast on this topic

These talks have done so much for me already. This podcast has helped me with my own issues on forgiveness and ease resentment I’ve had. just hearing people’s struggles and how their outlook and choices helped them overcome them. A lot of them I related to. I hope you end up doing more as this is really helpful for people’s healing.

Much needed Personal Development

As a person who really struggles with forgiveness and holding grudges, I am finding this amazing podcast so helpful for my own PD.

Katherine’s understanding nature and ability to let her guest tell their story without interrupting their flow but guiding them through it with empathy really allows me as a listener to relate to the story and my own experiences.

Thank you for creating a safe place where people like me who struggle with this very thing, can be free of judgement both by anyone else or ourselves and learn how to give myself the gift of forgiveness. 💜🙏🏾

Highly recommend

Such a great podcast. Highly recommend! Katherine really allows her guest to shine. It also helps that I love Sean Hayes.

So much respect for Sybrina Fulton. She is honest, real and a much better person than I could ever be.
