Inherited family trauma podcast review
This episode really spoke to me. It was so helpful and healing. I loved it and will be sharing your podcast with my friends and family x
Some great tips and tricks for influencers and quite motivational at times. However I’ve struggled with more recent episodes - as a qualified coach, the coaching calls to me are really uncomfortable. It comes across quite aggressive; talking over and cutting off the coachee continuously. Also, telling people what to do just isn’t coaching, it’s way too directive to be classed as that. Coaching should be asking way more questions than you give answers to support the coachee to come up with the solutions themselves. Not saying the advice is bad, but the delivery is not good. I’m going to stick with it for now and hopefully this won’t continue.
