Rob and Ben have know each other for a few months and in that time Ben has been doing his "Wakey Races" where he runs with his wheelbarrow that is wrapped like Robs Van. He is using the Wheel Barrow to show the invisible load that people with mental ill health carry every single day! he is completing several race challenges and hoping to end this group of challenges by completing an Everesting challenge! he will run with his wheel barrow for over 8900M! Rob and James connected on instagram a few years ago, and when Rob put a story out about needing some help with the podcast studio James jumped into action. James and talks about his journey with mental health and how an accident at work had more than just a physical affect on him and what lead him down a dark path. James also talks about how he looks after his self now and the work he does to support not only the MYH Podcast but other people that are doing work to support people with there mentle health and well-being.
