Love the pod couple questions
Hello I’ve listened to all of your podcasts within a week of finding them and love how a lot of your findings and beliefs match my experiences.
I started gym training for size and strength but now take basketball a lot more seriously. I love training everyday but realise overtraining isn’t going to be beneficial to my progress. Do you think balancing and dynamic stretching are beneficial to do everyday or should I be completely resting on days off.
Also I’m currently doing my dissertation on natural sports supplements that could be healthier than chemical pre-workouts and would love to hear your thoughts. Ginger and oat extract I’ve found could prove to be beneficial for eccentric muscle contractions which squids love💪

Been watching this guy’s stuff for a while now online. Great to see someone with so much experience in the NBA, and as a former hooper, drop solid content for trainers & coaches.
Going to help me massively with my own training and for all my trainers (commercial gym) that are looking at getting better, especially as it relates to S&C.
