    Gary noticed that most people work really hard at the start but once they are busy they stop putting effort into getting more leads. Take the time to plan what you are going to do so that you know what you need to do. Having a clear plan for your business is going to guarantee you make better decisions as you know where you are trying to get to.
     
    Gary highlights the importance of hiring people and urges you to do so as soon as possible. If you delay hiring someone you might be more stressed than necessary and experience burnout. Be sure to document your processes and automate your system so that you can bring people in to manage systems while you focus on growing the business.
     
    Once you’ve hired someone to work in your business it is your job to constantly review your company's vision. Think big picture, monitor the key performance indicators and build your business like a machine to 6 figures and beyond.

These episodes are full of gems... really practical advice that you can implement in your financial services business straight away and get results.
It amazes me that so many "gurus" manage to get clients at all with such generic advice. Gary is the real deal, having built an actual business in the sector, he can genuinely guide you with every area of your business, so knowledgeable around processes, systems, hiring, marketing as well as many others.
