40: Beyond He & She: Giving A Shit About Gender Inclusion

If we want to be inclusive in our business we must understand gender identity and the importance of using pronouns for people in the LGBTQIA+ community.
Understanding and caring about these things is at the heart of  creating safe, inclusive and welcoming spaces for everyone.  Yet many people struggle to know how to create environments where all genders and people who use different pronouns feel accepted and included.
To help you with this I’m giving you 10 action steps that will help you feel more confident and better equipped to share your own pronouns, invite others to share theirs and navigate  conversations that call out discrimination and create greater equality for LGBTQIA+ people.
Please share this podcast episode with family, loved ones, friends and maybe even random people that you meet.

Be the super ally you want to be!

The podcast I was waiting for!

Fantastic, much needed platform to give queer voices some air time. What I love about this is you don’t have to be LGBTQ to get so much value from these episodes, it’s also awesome for anybody who wants to learn!
