Overcoming Shyness
I found this session extremely helpful. What I liked most about it was the way it broke down the barriers that manifest as shyness into small, manageable segments. Bit by bit it helped the engineer realise he is not shy all of the time; it helped him build on the confidence he already knew he had; and above all, it helped by changing the narrative: what if I can help! All of a sudden, the “shy”frame of mind is liberated to assist and to be helpful. Thoughtful, helpful and caring, I thought it was!
Investing isn’t for me!
One of my favourite sayings from Stephanie is that “I used to think investing was for other people. Not people like me”. This podcast shows you that investing in property can be for everyone. If you learn, do the work and surround yourself with amazing mentors like these fab ladies. Loved their book and podcast. Easy to read, listen too and they share real strategies to get results.
