Just listened to the recent episode where Helen talks about loosing her mum. It was such a lovely episode and made me laugh and cry at the same time. Thank you for sharing your journey of saying goodbye to your mum she sounded like a wonderful lady, I’m sure she would be proud and happy that you did. 🥰 love & hugs 😘

Needs to be on prescription for anyone who has children, is expecting or knows children or is in a family. It is so good to hear normal eff ups who are wonderful and funny and kind and clever so when you reflect on what an eff up you are, you feel seen and appreciated. Love these women!!
Great!

Listened to the Philippa Perry episode while at a low parenting ebb and it not only made me laugh but made me think about some really useful stuff, and actually made me feel 100% better. Thank you! Looking forward to listening to more episodes.
So refreshing

Just heard the Lucy porter episode- I’ve never found a podcast that talks about middle age that doesn’t make me feel worse than I did to begin with, these guys are amazing and much more my kind of role models as I enter this period of my life :)
