He is a frequent guest on television, radio and other podcasts, where he discusses motivation, psychology, mental health and the media. His areas of focus include true crime, society and culture, mental health, leadership, the arts and underrepresented communities. Conversations that inspire

Jayson’s interview style is on another level. He enters without an agenda but let’s his guest share their story. In so doing, we hear from the guest’s heart and there is always value in what we hear. Normally I do chores whilst listening to podcasts but with this one I find I want to concentrate on every word. It is uplifting and inspiring, although I have been moved to tears because the story resonates. My recommendation is to listen to episode 1, then choose an episode that is relevant to one’s life, it will be a hard not to want to listen to the rest and eagerly anticipate Tuesday for the next episode.
