In this episode US Bureau Chief Eric Priante Martin looks at the bullish tanker markets who are reaping the benefits of a solid market.
We visit the TradeWinds Shipowner Forum in Singapore where discussions turned to possible impact of elections (think 2nd term of Trump in the US) on shipping markets, and also at the whole idea of green corridors and they they my be flawed.
Then back to the tankers market and the growing dark fleet taking oil cargoes from Russia, Venezuela etc in contravention of sanctions and price caps. We look at the numbers with Windward.

At the TradeWinds Shipowners Forum USA in New York, Joe Brady asked Genco chief executive John Wobensmith what has been going on. Also on the Forum Us Bureau chief Eric Priante Martin heard from shipowners about the impact of geopolitical tensions and in Singapore Craig Eason spoke to Zemba, the cargo owners alliance which has said it will pay extra for cargoes to be shipped green, and have signed a contract to do so.
