Richard is the author of three books, UFO Investigation, The Methodology for a New Age, UFO Investigation, Police - FD - Rescue, and UFO Investigation - The Age of Discovery. In 2009 author Richard managed the BAASS /MUFON SIP Project which was facilitated at Bigelow Aerospace and was operated and funded by the Defense Intelligence Agency through the Advanced Aerospace Weapon Systems Applications Program (AAWSAP) at the Pentagon. At the time it was the most advanced funded rapid response UFO Investigative Team in the world.
